Danbury Youth Soccer Club is a non-profit organization. It operates under the general auspices of the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association (CJSA) but is governed locally through its own Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is charged with providing
DYSC and ACC are partners in providing a complete soccer program from the youngest players to the senior USL2 team. The partnership includes a crossover of the talented Staff, Player Development pathway and resources for supporting all of our programs. Together we provide all levels of play and pathway from In-House to Travel to State to Regional soccer to NPL. We are all excited to have all this soccer expertise and programming under one umbrella. The tyrouts are where we determine how to best group the players and which league we will enter each team.

Danbury Youth Soccer Club Travel and Premier Team General Information.
DYSC celebrated our 42nd Anniversary in 2019 of Serving the Youth of Danbury as one of the longest standing and best Clubs in the State with a rich tradition and history. DYSC has an outstanding partnership with the Mayor, City Parks and Recreation, PAL and Danbury Public School officials that help us provide excellent soccer venues in the city to support our programs year round for outdoor and indoor futsal.
DYSC provides the highest level of coaching and a uniform approach to player development. As each player moves through the program they are placed at the appropriate level to reach their potential. Our collective staff is comprised of coaches with active or past experience at the College level, the High School, CJSA Olympic Development Program, CJSA coaching Education, US Soccer Academy, regional teams, Elite, Premier and travel. All of our coaches are US Soccer Federation Certified and work together as collective group to stay informed and up to date to all US Soccer federation updates and licensing requirements. Now a player can start as a 4 year old in the Dinomites program and progress through In-House to Travel, Premier, Regional, to PDL and never leave our program.

CJSA SWD leagues - 2 practices/week Fall and Spring, weekend games, tournaments, CT CUP plus indoor winter training. Combined 50 training sessions and 25 games.
Danbury Premier teams
CCSL Premier League - 2 practices/week, SAQ training each week, games, tournaments, ST CUP plus indoor training sessions. Combined 70 training sessions and 25 games.
U16 and older teams start in late Fall 2018.
Danbury/ACC Elite teams
CCSL Elite League - 2 practices/week, SAQ training each week, games, tournaments, ST CUP plus indoor training sessions. Combined 70 training sessions and 25 games.

SAQ, is Strength Agility and Quickness training, which is soccer specific training to build athleticism. These session are run by professional fitness trainers.
